4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

• Tejovix Assets: We retain all rights to our pre-existing libraries, toolkits, developer workflows, and general software frameworks.
• Client Deliverables: Upon completion of a project and receipt of full, final payment according to our signed specification terms, all custom source code, configurations, database schemas, and documentation developed specifically for the client are transferred fully to the client. No vendor lock-in holds apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Tejovix be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, information scoping sheets, or code samples.
